Raw hair selection
Regular suppliers and a selection process support consistency between batches. Hair is reviewed before production and stored in batches.
Check against the brief
We check hair quality, color, length, weight and product construction against agreed requirements. Finished color samples and records are retained.
Prepare for delivery
Pack configuration, labels and packaging are agreed with your team. Dispatch timing is coordinated around the confirmed order quantity.

Tell us your market, product type, lengths, colors, pack weights, quantities and packaging requirements. Physical samples are welcome.
02 / Confirm the sample
We discuss specifications, sample development and your quotation. Sample costs and timing are quoted for your project.
03 / Produce & deliver
Confirm the production specifications and schedule. Our factory then coordinates production, quality checks, packing and export delivery.

Can you manufacture from our sample?
Yes. Send your reference sample and requirements so we can discuss custom production. The final specifications are confirmed during sample development.
Can we use our own brand and packaging?
Yes. We support private label cardboard packaging, boxes and plastic packaging. Share artwork, dimensions and the contents required in each pack.
Does 30–40 days apply to every order?
It is our usual production lead time, not a guaranteed delivery date. Order quantity and confirmed requirements determine the schedule; we agree the dispatch timing for your order.
What should we include for a quotation?
Include your company, destination country, product construction, lengths, colors, weight per pack, quantity per variant and packaging needs. A reference sample or specification sheet helps us review the brief.
